I think it’s a good question because some people doubt halogen headlights now.

With led headlights developping quickly, some people think halogen headlights not good because they are not white.

White color of halogen headlights are LEDs is base on color temperature.

If color temperature of halogen headlights is the same as led, they are also very white.

In order to give more power during foggy days, halogen headlights can’t be so white.

But most of halogen headlights white will be 1500lm, which can equal 70% output of led headlights.
