I think answer is certain because halogen bulbs must get hotter than led.

As you know, halogen bulbs are all filaments, so they consume much energy and power.

Led is very different from halogen bulbs because they are using led chips and also led is a cold light source driven by low-voltage, so they don’t consume high power.

Although halogen bulbs get hotter than led, they can’t cause hyperflash and flicker problem.
