Do you know which one is better for automotive led light strips 12v or 5v?

I think 5v usb automotive led light strips will be better than 12v led strip lights.

5V usb automotive led light strips much less heating than 12v auto led strip lights when they working.

As you know, most of automotive led light strips 12v and 5v always put inside cars and trucks, less heating shall be much more safetier than 12v.
